Accumetal Deploy's Cobot: THG Automation, Collaborative Welding System
For more than 15 years Accumetal has been impletmenting Robots in its processes to increase welding productivity. With four various cacpacity robotic cells and offline programming software we feel we are well invested in the technology. The first Cobot we are adding will be capable of welding CS, SS and aluminum. We look at these another tool for the welder to help increase their productivity.

In the first quarter of 2020 Accumetal Manufacturing moved into its’ 21,000 sq ft. new addition.
This made room for a New Robotics Welding area and CNC machine shop, and leaves room to take on additional new work.
With three Robotic welding cells capable of handling small to large weldments, and with offline 3D programing software even low run production jobs can be integrated into the process.
The added machining capacity and capabilities allows us to keep the machining process in house and not rely on subcontracting it out. This helps to shorten turn around times and maintain on time delivery.
